We are pleased to announce that we have moved our closet to the Frederick Health Villages, located at 1 Frederick Health Way, Frederick MD 21702 – conveniently located just off Monocacy Boulevard with easy access directly off MD Route 15 and/ MD Route 26 (Liberty Road) on the north side of Frederick.

While we are still unpacking supplies, we are now accepting appointments as of October 8, 2025.

We will be operating the closet which is adjacent to the 1st floor cafeteria. While change is often difficult we will enjoy having Maura (our WOCN) on-site for consults as her schedule allows.

Once reopened – you will not be able enter the facility without an escort. PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE FOR ALL VISITS (Donations, receiving supplies, etc.). Access to our area will be through the west end entrance / the cafeteria courtyard. Parking is available and there are several parking spaces close to the building for those with handicap parking permits/plates. We will provide photos and additional information once we reopen.
