We will be opening the “Phoenix Ostomy Closet” beginning Thursday, October 3, 2019, and will be open every Thursday between 1-3 p.m. for those who are uninsured, underinsured or need emergency supplies. We are not a store where you can choose your personal preference, but will have supplies donated to use for distribution.

We are located at 501 Toll House Avenue (across from Frederick Memorial Hospital on 7th Street). Enter the 7th Street side of the building and follow the hallway; we’re in a conference room on the right.

This new service is available thanks to the assistance of the Frederick Regional Health System in Frederick.
